How Can I Get Remote Support?
Remote Support means that one of our technicians will log onto your computer from a remote location (like, oh, say, their own office), and
they will be able to see your computer screen and move your mouse, and show you how to do what you need to do. In order to get this remote
support, however, you need to have our special program, the SSPXUSA TeamViewer QuickSupport application, which you can download
HERE. Keep in mind, however, that you have to contact us and make plans with us for an

If you have problems downloading the application, you can download the zip-file instead, but remember that you will need to extract it before you can use it.
If you don't know about zip-files, look HERE. If, however, you have one of our
provisioned computers, then you already have TeamViewer installed, and so
